Motherhood and me
During the years of mothering my small children, I was fascinated by the wonder of birth, and became a Doula and breast-feeding advisor. I used the knowledge gained through these studies along with my lived experience, to help women in my close circle of family and freinds. Long before I became a professional, times and again I was amazed by the significant positive and transformative influence, some words of advice and encouragement have had on a new mom. I found great pleasure in helping a new mom paving her way, with her baby, and their synchronized rythem. Motherhood is my deepest vocation, and even before I made it a profesion, the advice of what to do with an infant constantly crying, with a sleepless baby, or a stubborn child, came easy and naturaly. Handling the jealousy of the first-born, or ease the difficulties of the middle child, were the bread and butter of my everyday life as a mother of four, and I was confidant in navigating motherhood. When I became a psychotherapist, my first clients were women before and after birth, women suffering from insecurities with their motherhood, self-doubts, and in the abyss of depression. Then came the clients suffering old pain of early life disturbances. Gradually, I became a professional expert in the field of early life, and my doctoral dissertation is focused with early life developmental theory. Currently, I am also certified in Infant Observation, and work analytically with woman before and  after birth, and in the dyad with the infant. To those interested in learning from my experience as a mother, and consult with me as a professional in early relationship, I offer individual or group settings.
